When placing an international order, you are agreeing to pay all duties and taxes.
Customs may take extra time, so please allow for this when trying to estimate a
delivery date. Isola Activewear is not responsible for additional costs or delivery

Isola Offers small batch production designed in Hawaii and manufactured in Southern CA. We do offer store credit + exchanges if product + size is available. We do not offer refunds. Any exchanges must be returned or shipped back within ten business days. These items must not be worn or washed, with Isola Activewear hangtags attached to the garment . When making an exchange if the item is not deemed to be in brand new condition, your request will be refused + sent back.

Furthermore, if we receive an exchange or a garment is shipped beyond the ten business day purchase window or the garment is in unsellable condition, your package will be returned to sender at their expense.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all Isola Activewear exchange shipping costs. Isola Activewear is not responsible for any misdirected shipping or package deliveries.

Activewear Credit: Once your exchange is received and deemed acceptable, Isola Activewear will issue a store credit code for the value of the item(s), valid for 6 months after date of issue. The code will be sent to you via email.

FINAL SALE ITEMS are final and cannot be returned for a refund, or store credit, other than in
the event of them being faulty. All FINAL SALE products are tagged with FINAL SALE. Choose
your purchase carefully to avoid disappointment. If your garment arrived in faulty condition,
please contact us within three business days, and refer to our Return Process for expectations,
policies and procedures.

SHIPPING COSTS: Shopify will provide your estimate of shipping cost at checkout. However if shipping direct through Isola Activewear our shipping costs are as follows.

Domestic:
All domestic US orders are $10 flat rate shipping.

Orders ship via USPS '2 to 5 day shipping' to the Continental US, Hawaii and Alaska.

International
Flat Rate $35. Your order will be shipped via DHL, FedEx, or USPS (depending on location).
Our team will contact you if higher shipping rates are required.

By purchasing via Isola Activewear website, you agree to all above said shipping terms.

Please take care when trying on activewear items, as we cannot accept items that have any makeup stains, oils, perfumes or deodorant marks.

Follow these instructions to prolong the life of your piece:

AVOID FABRIC SOFTENER Isola activewear is a soft fabric, using fabric softener can ruin the fabric and elasticity of your workout clothes.

For styles with high contrast colors or prints, please wash separately from other garments. This keeps the colors from other garments bleeding onto light contrast areas, and lessens the risk of rubbing damage. Avoid washing activewear with fleece material and towels, which can cause lint to transfer. Turn items inside out before washing (also helps prevent color bleeding and protect prints). If you must wash together with other items, we recommend utilizing a laundry bag to keep them separated in the washing machine.

Another simple way to prevent color from fading + color running is to wash your clothes in cold water. Washing clothes in hot water can cause certain stains (especially blood and sweat) to set in the clothes, so sticking to cold water helps keeps those stains from becoming a permanent fixture. Cold
water also prevents shrinkage, a problem that happens to many garments when washed in hot water.

The intense heat from the dryer affects the way your clothes fit (with cotton pieces, there may be shrinkage when exposed to heat both in the wash and in the dryer). The heat can reduce elasticity and alter the performance of your active-wear. After you remove your clothes from the wash, turn them inside-out and hang to dry in a well-ventilated area away from the direct sunlight, as the sun makes color fade much faster.

Even though Isola tries to be as precise as possible with garment care, we recommend you contact Isola prior to you purchasing the product(s) with any questions you might have regarding the specific item. Descriptions for our products are subject to change without notice.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Isola does not offer price adjustments or price matching. Prices do not include duty and tax fees for international orders. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover Credit Card, and AfterPay payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank deposits or PayPal.

SALES TAX Sales tax will be added to all purchases shipping in Hawaii.

VERIFICATION UPON SHIPPING Please make sure that you are using the same billing address and contact information as it appears on your
credit statement. If your information does not match up, your order could be delayed or canceled. When specifying shipping address, please make sure the information is correct, apt. number, zip code, etc or your order will be delayed or canceled.

Once an order is submitted, it can not be modified or canceled.

Multiple orders can not be combined.

Orders will not be refunded for packages that are not accepted by the recipient upon delivery.
